ALL QUIET ... but the spring fighting season may soon get going in Afghanistan. Also very little has been heard of ISIS, nevertheless they still hold territory. Finally the preliminary agreement with Iran on their nuclear program also brings the threat level down. In fact we may reach the lowest level on my list before the end of year.
