2 Potatoes
1/2 lb. Sausage
2 cup Shredded cheese
2 Eggs
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup Milk

Cook & drain sausage. Shred peeled potatoes into 9x9 greased pan * place cheese over potatoes * mix remaining ingredients and pour into pan * bake at 350 for 45 minutes * makes 4-6 servings
