3 PARTs paprika
1 PART pepper
1 PART salt
1/4 PART sugar
1/10 PART garlic
1/10 PART chili powder
1/10 PART cayanne pepper

* NOTE that the 1-tenth part is about a tablespoon when the larger portions are measured in cups - a quarter part of sugar is somewhat controversial and can be eliminated ... now just for clarity if you are measuring in cups it would be 3 cups paprika to 1 cup pepper & salt with a quarter cup of sugar and a tablespoon of the other ingredients
