It's been years into the coronavirus pandemic - the death toll has become near apocalyptic. Due to someones death I was promoted into a SENIOR DIPLOMAT pulling double duty as an INTELLIGENCE OPERATIVE. At a large gathering I get a sideways introduction to Vladimir Putin thru a British diplomat - the introduction yielded COVERT INFORMATION about a defect in an upcoming JOINT SPACE MISSION between the U.S., China, & Russia .

I'm attending a public relations event to promote the launch - I get very irrate at a woman promoter who cancels future events due to the pandemic - just before the lanuch I try to warn and help the astronauts survive the flight - apparently there's some kind of manufacturing flaw in a vital part of the environmental control system due to the Chinese

The day of the launch (in China) I'm still working to get the problem resolved, but the Chinese still want to launch - the dream fades around the ship making orbit
