Recently I added an opinion the stock market HEADLINES presented under [_CURRENT_events_]. I mistakenly viewed the recent stock market run-up as an insane response to the bad news of late. After reading a commentary about the "FLIGHT TO SAFETY" the recent market run makes some sense despite the CORONAVIRUS, BREXIT, the deteriorating conditions in Afghanistan, and the conflict with IRAN. Now instead of a bunch of Americans losing their ass in the wake of some bad shit event ... it will be a bunch of international everybody losing out.

So people can pull their money out of China, out of the European Union, out of where ever they had it. There's no safety in a global market going downhill. The ENERGY SECTOR is down and moving further down. TRANSPORTATION, MANUFACTURING, and CONSTRUCTION are all likey to take a hit. The FINANCIAL SECTOR will follow the money ... Does anyone remember 2008?

Even while HOUSING and RETAIL are chugging along who are the potential winners? HEALTH, PHARMACEUTICALS, or DEFENSE? Maybe.

Still, it can't be denied that STRONG EMPLOYMENT (U.S.) means a STRONG ECONOMY. At some point, however, an unstable globe can lead to a disastrous fall. My articles pointing to an ECONOMIC APOCALYSE in 2020 is SOMETHING TO WATCH; educated conjecture; NOT -- repeat NOT fear mongering. My work seeks to prepare people for the worse. To keep them informed.

In reference to the STOCK MARKET, remember the old adage: "BUY LOW. SELL HIGH" ... right now the market is in record territory. TAKE PROFITS.

the virus breaks, money will flow back into China and the other markets ... BUY LOW ... BREXIT calms down the UK will be set for a bounce ... BUY LOW ... both of those events occur the ENERGY SECTOR will take a jump ... BUY LOW!

The STOCK MARKET may not have reached its peak. Still it is in record territory with bad news all around ... SELL HIGH. Leave the greed for the politicians. Start preparing for the worse. That way you will have the CASH on hand to ... BUY LOW ... conditions improve.
