THE CLOCK IS STILL MOVING UPWARD !!! _ Despite the missile attack on the U.S. Embassy the situation with IRAN has cooled. As tensions ease a downward movement would be expected. Today there are new concerns. The clock is still moving forward on news of the Chinese Coronavirus. As testament to that concern the DOW Jones Industrial Average dropped on Friday and more than 1% today. The virus is no longer just in China. There's news of a 5th confirmed case in the United States. But there's still plenty of time to turn things around.

A virus, unlike war, or a sudden economic collapse, STARTS SLOW. However as it spreads the PANIC FACTOR must be consider and watched.

So far the clock has performed as intended, but as we approach the MIDNIGHT setting one has to hope this clock will be a item of a turbulent past. Till then it will be revised to create the best planning tool of its kind. So in view of these new events the 11:05pm time slot was added ; FOOD & WATER INVENTORY !! .... we are now a minute short of the "ELEVENTH HOUR". Fortunately there's still time to think, plan and act. The current setting reflects the fact that MULTIPLE EVENTS ARE PUSHING the clock forward. Any large event could push the clock beyond 11:05pm to make FOOD & WATER the next PLANNING PRIORITY. Otherwise it seems that the clock will keep slowly moving forward.

So given the slow pace of events the clock will be reset to to 10:50pm once the Coronavirus has been contained and the HOT AIR theory holds with regard to IRAN. A 1 minute move up should account for the slow pace.
