The clock had been at 11:05pm for just over three months. It will stay at 10:59pm until the November election or some serious international incident ... like the news today ... that Israel is planning on annexing part of the OCCUPIED WEST BANK. The Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, may be emboldened by the support of U.S. President, Donald Trump, but the wider U.S. population will reject that kind of blatant hostility as has a more vocal Europe.

Again, the virus WILL NOT be the direct cause of an apocalypse. Although indirectly it could be the source of STUPID POLICY like that proposed by Benjamin Netanyahu. While a large portion of the world has been distracted by the virus many of us know how to "walk and chew bubble gum".

At any rate THE CLOCK HAS BEEN MOVED DOWN to reflect the lead time for the economic damage to take hold.
