While vacationing in Savannah, Georgia Marie and I leave early to avoid trouble with Tropical Storm Fred. Scattered showers caused traffic troubles as they invariably do. Just as we leave the city a fire truck with its siren on speeds to some emergency. On the front of the truck is a spinning red light. I remark to Marie that they have a PINWHEEL on their front of their truck. Hypnotize people instead of getting them out of the way. Strange I thought.

That night we continued the TV series we just started, "The Twilight Zone". It was S1E5, "Walking Distance". In that episode a businessman mysteriously travels back to a day in his youth. There was a carnival that day. In the midway was a spiral PINWHEEL. I probably haven't seen or thought about a PINWHEEL for at least forty years, but the fire truck just looked so odd to have a spinning light on the front. The "The Twilight Zone" TV series was on sale for the cheapest I've seen ($35). So I purchased it just before we left on the trip. As usual we brought our portable DVD player because cable is really hit & miss shit!

Eleven months ago to the date I wrote about the same rapid fire successon of TV coincidences. Both then and now the odds of these are astronomically high. Now having written these down any future coincidences would garner even higher probabilities. As to my speculation of these coincidences, I need no proof of a devine presence. It has been there for nearly four decades and I have a very well developed sense of the nature of existence. Futher, I do not believe it practical or wise to try interpret "SIGNS". While I am also a practitioner in the art of devination, I do it only as entertainment for others. For it too is neither practical or wise.

If you read part 1 of this "series", you may have noted that I interpreted the coincidences as a "SIGN" to finish writing one of my incomplete books. However given the trouble which always follows writing "Dirty, Nasty, Hell..." I opted for a more positive approach in "The Ulimate Game". Nevertheless, virtually everything is on hold while I finish "Climate Changed (Past Tense)...". Somehow the inspiration came and I have been steadily writing this vacation is the only break I've taken in more than a month.
